No problem, though if you don’t have a company email address, you will need
to speak to your centre’s internet champion who will be able to assist you.
If you don’t have a company email address, ask your line manager
to email the New Media team and request an account for you.

Generally, your username will be the same one you use on your computer, and usually
follows the format of firstname.surname.
If that doesn’t help, just enter your email address below and we’ll
send your username to you via email:

you by email. If you’ve forgotten your username, see the section above.

For security reasons, a password reset request will only work in a window of 15 minutes from the point at which you asked to reset your password.
Listers Desktop will tell you if you need to ask for a new reset request email.
